Holder is not level with the base and as there is no horizontal adjustment there is no (easy) way to fix it. To clarify, orienting the holder so that it is perpendicular to your face will not orient the base in the same direction either (an imaginary line bisecting the stem intersection to the farthest point of the circular base). I would say around 10°. I'm not sure if this is a design flaw or if I just got a bad block. It doesn't really matter anyway, but wanted others to know.
