Vornado 723 and 783 are the same module. The difference is that this model 783 has a two-foot section of pipe that sets the height. It is not actively regulated. Please note that you CANNOT move or adjust the height to your liking. It is fixed and locked. I bought both 723 and 783. Good air motors, but $40 for a piece of tubing is a bit absurd. I'd happily buy an American, but if I knew the ONLY difference was the piece of extension tubing I'd build a MacGyver myself to add height and save forty bucks. A bit shady.
