Took me more than 14 days than usual to verify that this headset is not working properly. Since it uses USB instead of an audio jack, I had to buy some new adapters to use it with my computers. When I checked the output, I found that the headset was not working properly. I contacted the company to have it serviced under warranty. I sent the headphones in and waited a few weeks. When I finally got it back, all I got was the same defective headset. So I spent all those dollars on something that belongs in the trash.
