We got the blood pressure monitor yesterday. We followed all instructions to set it up. I took a reading and got an error message. Then I took another reading, it didn't squeeze me nearly as tight, and I got a low reading. My husband tried it and got an error message. We tried to get his blood pressure 3 more times and each time got an error message. I tried 5 more times, got 3 error messages and 2 more readings, both high. I decided to try again in the morning. This morning I turned it on, and the setting was from yesterday (yesterday's date and time that I last used it). I don't mind that as much as long as it works. I tried again to get a reading and got an error message. I went to return it and it said that this product can't be returned! What a waste of time and money.
