Excellent product and customer service.

Great customer service! I have to say that the product seems to be very good so far (I've only been wearing it for a day and a half). The ears are not irritated by metal, I like that there is a groove for the sealing ring. I accidentally received three 8mm cones and only one 10mm cone but was a pleasure to work with. I will probably order more of them in other colors soon. They're a lot more convenient than the plastic cones and plugs I started with. (Last launched, only on 2mm tunnel for size reference)
