Works great with slight modifications
Works as expected. But there is a downside - the ground screw cannot be used with a standard 14 AWG ground. You will need to attach a shovel or ring to the ground wire for it to fit. Once you've done that, assembly becomes an easy task. If you must mount flush to the junction box, use a single ended cable gland with a 1/2 thread on one side. I collected 9 pieces in this way one after the other.
