It fit perfectly, looked amazing and got so many compliments
I was a Miss Pinned Miami 2017 contestant and this was my pageant dress. It fit great, looked great and I got so many compliments. It can be worn with or without a skirt, but the petticoat adds panache to the dress. I'm 5ft 3in, 137lbs, my measurements are 34ft, 27ft, 36ft and the dress fits perfectly. I am very happy with it and the quality.
