It was really easy to put up, the only thing that bothered me was that my walls aren't quite vertical so make sure they match so the Wall not showing through them was a problem. It was MUCH easier than getting my husband to build a real boat! Every third board is repeated which you should know BUT I didn't spend much because you can cut a board and it fits very well. I had to glue another strip but I didn't have a full 8 feet in one strip but I was able to cut the last strip off. I would recommend this, it's in the bedroom of my rental and looks great.
