All right. It's quite thin - holds the fabric great but almost had a heart attack trying to get the first roll I used on it for fear the whole structure would bend and break. It didn't work, but he's an idiot. Amazon reviews make it so hard to know which one to choose - the products here benefit the seller, not the buyer. It's ok for what I need, but if you're a serious photographer who changes paper rolls more than once a week, buy something else. It will break in a week or two
