Review on ScheduleMate by Robert Buenconsejo

I love the fact that I can set alerts to remind me if something is out of place and not moving. I also enjoy the ease of scheduling. It is not hard to create a schedule. I would like to be able to set alerts for any changes to my schedules so my employees know what to expect when their shifts change. I would also like to be able to set alerts for when the conveyor belt stops and starts for scheduled shifts. It would be nice if you could set a few minutes of tolerance after the belt stops so the system does not think the belt is still stopped. I wish there was an option to set schedules for all sorters in a location. We have many sorter locations and it is difficult to set schedules for all. This is a huge benefit to our customers. I'm also able to view status and dates for my scheduled sorter shifts so I avoid missing shifts. I like that it is easy to use, has a lot of features, and can be used with both manual and automated systems. It does not have a good mobile app. The software is very outdated and needs some work. We are using this to schedule our warehouse operations and to track inventory. This helps us keep track of what we need to do in order to keep up with demand.
