I bought these because they are the least noticeable floor stickers. I love the colors and the professional look. I cut "one way" and just used the arrows. What you should know, although the description and comments say it will work, is that if used on a standard low pile commercial carpet, the long edges will curl immediately. In general, they seem to stick, but the long edges don't. They are made from very durable vinyl and I think they will hold up well on a lot of surfaces other than what I bought them for. Update - after about 5 weeks the slightly wavy edges have not deteriorated at all. The stickers are durable and still look good except for the tiny crease on the long edge. I am changing my rating from 3 to 4 stars. Otherwise they hold up fine.
