Review on 🔧 Hagerty 100 All Metal Polish by W. J. by Justin Jefferson

I have been in need of a new silver polish for a long time - I have a bottle of Wegman's which is so odd. The polish mixes with the tarnish, leaving a sticky residue that takes a lot of effort to remove. I approached Revain because of the wide range of products and the very helpful reviews. I was looking for a silver polish and after reading the reviews carefully I settled on WJ Hagerty 100 All Metal Polish with a 5 star rating. So I was a little dismayed when I received it and saw that its box lists all metals except silver! According to the package insert, it is not recommended for silver or gold, especially silver. But after some thought I decided to break the seal and give it a try as it always comes in handy to have a good metal polish on hand. I just unpacked a box with various things. Pieces of silver records from our move 2 years ago that were in poor condition I bought at flea markets or even for free so I wouldn't worry about ruining them. on an already damaged silver plate, as the friction actually removes the silver molecules. But with a slight flick of the polish, the tarnish is easily transferred to the fabric! Seriously, the only friction was with the final buffing.
