Think twice before buying this product.

On November 1, 2022, a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 plus 256 GB phone was purchased for $90,000 from a Hong Kong-based Aliexpress business. For a little less than a year, the phone was satisfied. About September 2022, the hands-free speaker began audibly rattling when it was placed inside the Protective Standing Cover. The problem was partially resolved by replacing to a silicone shell, albeit it persisted after the adjustment. At the same time, at the end of September, observable communication issues started to emerge. For instance, missed calls and sporadic connectivity issues were encountered, and my calls did not always get through. The subsequent contact with the Samsung service center (a call to the support service on 162022, and a call to the service center on Valovaya 11/19 on 182022) revealed that this had not resolved the issue. I had to switch operators since I had sinned against the previous one. The phone's reliability issue is that calls placed to the 3g and 2g modes won't connect unless the device is in the 4g mode and using Volte. I was in Hong Kong when the problem first started to show up at the end of September, and due to the 4G network's patchy coverage and the necessity of using wifi for phone calls, I was unable to pinpoint the specific cause of the issue. It quickly became apparent that there was a problem while traveling for work to a different location with spotty 4G coverage. I changed the SIM card once again after switching to a different network provider because Samsung support said that if 4G connectivity is present, the problem is probably with the network provider. On 11/18/2022, the service center's engineers were called, and they reset the firmware. After that, it was decided that the board needed to be replaced, which would cost about $30,000. The consumer asked customer care to investigate options for warranty repairs, but they declined and said they could have met if the call had been placed earlier than 12022. But at that point, I was unable to imagine how a flagship phone that had only been on the market for a few months could act in that way. I am now obliged to use an iPhone as a secondary device because the past two months' worth of communication issues have negatively impacted my own reputation.

Pros
  • I frequently use Samsung products, and practically all of their flagship devices, including the Note 2, Note 3, Note 4, Note 5, S7, S7 Edge, Note 8, and Note 9, were in use when I wrote this (the last 4 still work with relatives without any problems ). The Note 10 Plus's screen is superb, making it simple to see the development. More memory makes it possible to check on the storage less frequently. The cameras are very impressive, especially the stabilization, which functions well. The ated stylus identifies gestures made in the air as a convenient bonus function and is noticeably speedier.
Cons
  • The technology of Samsung's more expensive products immediately "turns into a pumpkin" after the warranty period has passed. I want to express my deepest sorrow at having to say this. It is quite disappointing that the most recent adjustments to the price of a lottery ticket fall short of expectations in terms of the value of the service or the caliber of the product they offer. It would be clear if it would be wiser to return the item for a refund or to forego the purchase entirely if Samsung promptly informed customers after they made a purchase of the likely poor quality of its flagship smartphones.
