I love that the package has many sizes to choose from. I don't care too much about cones, but they don't just sell them with plugs. I tried to submit a review early due to the package not showing up in time and being wrong on the system and my first review was rejected because it wasn't about features or possibly profanity which is wrong. I just got them yesterday and have stepped up to 20mm. My ears definitely hurt, but it should be over in the next two days. I will update my review once they are no longer tender. I'm always so skeptical of metals because I'm very sensitive, so I'm hoping they hurt from a new stretch and not the metal.
