Review on Waterproof Canvas Sling Crossbody Shoulder Bag by Ken Reiff

Good quality, some design flaws

Tarpaulin looks good and lasts a long time, the zippers are of solid construction too. My issues with the bag are the size of some zippered pockets. This is especially true for the detachable zippered front pocket. On the surface I look good for carrying around your phone or maybe your wallet and I'm sure that was the designers intention, but when form met function function was quickly lost. First, the zipper hole isn't big enough for four adult fingers! So why create a detachable fanny pack that's too small for a phone or wallet? I suspect they had an empty space that needed to be filled in to complete the look of the bags, but they ended up with a detachable, zipped and resealable useless cosmetic bag big enough to hold a couple of pens! I could be wrong, but I doubt that the new must-have item for Christmas 2021 will be a zip and clasp pen pouch (I'm sure it's a safety feature on sale) to wear on your belt! Call it a guess! It really is a waste of space and, as you've probably noticed, it's my biggest favorite hump. The second front pocket is big enough to fit my wallet, but if your wallet is the size of a check book, out of luck, it just isn't deep enough. . 3 other pockets are large, deep and roomy. This is my first experience with a shoulder bag and if I do it again I would prefer a bag that allows me to wear the shoulder bag on either shoulder rather than a one-way production, but that's down to me and my learning curve, not designers . errors. All in all a well made bag with some design flaws that probably have more to do with the size of the bag than the designers would like.
