I was so excited to get these bags for my overland trip, I wish I had spent the money. I bought four of these and put one on each mattress, two of them broke before I could close them, I tried to mend them but the tear continued. I climbed into the other two, zipped them up, and began sucking air. It's a memory foam mattress, so I thought it was supposed to go pretty flat, but it didn't. I couldn't roll up the mattress by myself so my husband helped and had to sit on it. I tried tightening the straps but they were too short so we thought we should try redesigning the bag and repositioning it to let out more air which actually worked but I was still having trouble fitting the twisting and tightening straps. We barely managed to tighten the straps and the bag immediately began to take air. I would not recommend this product, I was so excited about the idea but felt ripped off for the amount of money and the quality. Don't waste your time and money like me.
