The ease of use is great for our small business! It's easy enough that we can train new employees quickly without having them spend too much time learning how it works or where things are located within their dashboard. We've been able to streamline shipping processes with this platform so far. Not really anything I dislike about the product itself but rather just the fact that there isn't any because every feature could be useful at some point when you first start out as an SMB owner/operator.
