Great product for our needs as an SMB Owner/Operator

The ease of use is great for our small business! It's easy enough that we can train new employees quickly without having them spend too much time learning how it works or where things are located within their dashboard. We've been able to streamline shipping processes with this platform so far. Not really anything I dislike about the product itself but rather just the fact that there isn't any because every feature could be useful at some point when you first start out as an SMB owner/operator.

  • Great customer support team
  • Ease getting started using software, especially in regards if training staff.
  • Dashboard looks nice & organized compared other platformsI like most aspects regarding what they offer however sometimes i wish more features were available suchas scheduling deliveries ahead insteadof waiting until last minute before making delivery schedule
