I give 3 stars because of the fit. I think the belt should be adjustable. Now I'm stuck with a belt that's too big and since it's been unboxed and used I can't get a size down. Plus, it slides aside for my daughter. If she squeezes him any harder, he'll dig into her side very hard. The waste part REQUIRES a mod, not everyone has determined the hips it rests on. But the device itself works. After a week of use I can see the muscle memory starting to work. The mechanics of both children are better and the speed starts to increase. Without the range I would have given 5 stars. It annoys me that I'm stuck on a size that's too big and I wonder if the fit was better or if it fit right like in the video if we would have seen big changes quicker. I would like this company to be a little more responsive to email and work with their customers to provide solutions. For the price, customers should be more important.
