Excellent frames but bought 3 and only worked on a 3rd one and missing the power pack :/

My aunt and mum love their frames but I bought 3 total but didn't have time to take photos on the 3rd .upload and just opened today to find the lack of food :/ So excited. I can't find any of our power adapters that even fit and I don't know how to find exactly what I need?
