How to ruin the perfect design. DON'T WASTE TIME!

zippered pocket flap inserts a zipper into every other zipper. Unbelievable that the company managed to get so many small design features right and not come up with a zipper that most of the time doesn't hold up! I am so disappointed. I read a lot of positive reviews about it. I find it hard to understand how so many people are willing to put up with this zipper design. Even if they're willing to put up with the inconvenience, it's only a matter of time before the zipper breaks from snagging and opening. After trying the jacket on, I was hooked. The fit was perfect. Lightweight, warm, elasticated cuffs, drawstring waist in outer pockets, stand-up collar with zip closure for very cold weather, inner fanny pack pockets large enough for gloves and a small water bottle. Then I tried to close the outer pocket and the zipper flap got stuck in the zipper. I thought I should be more careful. It took me a few minutes to free it without breaking it. (with warm fingers) Then I tried to slurp gently. Stuck again! I tried another bag and it got stuck. It turns out they both get stuck more often than not. Even if you drive slowly, I try to be careful. I don't even want to think about turning that stupid thing off when it's cold and my fingers are numb! The zipper on the chest does not bind, but is properly constructed. How could they get it right and mess up their pockets. Such a simple thing NOT to screw up. Of course I'll send it back. What a waste of my time.
