Roughly trimmed by maintenance

Can't say it doesn't do its job. He trimmed (or polished?) my nails. However, the cut was not smooth. It took longer to aim and remove the sharp ends. This is a really good shape to keep and is very easy to use with just one button. It is also very safe to use as it does not cut very deeply. The only thing I don't like is the vibration on the nails like something is chewing or breaking the nails.
