No nonsense, luckily the thing does exactly what it's supposed to. Very durable and well made, I've been known to bang tools and be picky about gear and this thing eats anything I throw at it. 10/10 I would buy another one but I only have one multi tool. 11/28/2021: Last night I was sitting in an undersized chair and my multi tool caught on my arm and pulled on my belt, breaking the belt clip at its only weak point which is the screw slots and it was written off. I immediately contacted these people about purchasing a replacement and all they asked was my postal address and they said they would send me a new one. So that's what I'm the fuckin talking about guys, no questions asked, customer service and someone who stands behind their great products. I truly believe that I will stay with this company and their products for as long as possible. 10/10 I highly recommend it and it has more than paid for itself in the past year of hitting this thing with an ugly stick. I don't have enough good words to say here
