I love everything about simpli, from their customer support, to how intuitive it is for clients who are a little older/fuzzier with computers. The only thing i dislike the most would be if there were more options available in terms of adding codes as well as creating new ones (that's all relative though - not many people complain) but they're working hard at it! Their customer service has been outstanding every time we speak. They have made our lives easier by being able to track payments easily across multiple companies.
