Bought for multiple reasons. I have a small hatchback. Sometimes I use this hatchback to transport sacks of wood pellets. I was also interested in transporting a boat or a mobile home. I decided to rent a mobile home. I knew I would get more benefit from where I lived. Kemper was where he got his first test. So far, so good. Picked up the camper a few weeks ago. Put about 35psi in the pockets that hook the camper, then deflate to about the right amount. The car and trailer did a great job. Regarding the installation: The instructions were very good, but in my application they would not install according to their instructions without modifying my machine. (drilling) I ended up destroying one of the bags trying. Five stars goes to customer service. When I contacted them they gave alternative instructions and immediately sent me another bag to replace the damaged one. Free of course. Being a bit picky and a bit (just a bit) a perfectionist when it comes to my car; after careful study of alternative instructions (mounting bags upside down and routing lines from below) and the original. I chose the original. I ended up drilling the correct holes to route the air lines through the top of the springs. It just made sense to protect the air ducts under the car from damage. Now that I've bought a camper, my next purchase from them will be a controller. It must be very nice to be able to inflate/deflate in the car.
