Great bag but strap broke twice in 2 years

I LOVE this bag but had to deduct 2 stars as I've had it for about 9 months later owned the strap ripped. Actually not only the strap, but the part that is attached directly to the bag, so I will have to replace it Update from 17.07: I have now sent the bag for repair for the second time (strap and metal buckle) Kudos to Floto for fixing the bag for free as long as I pay shipping I still love the bag but am disappointed with the workmanship of the strap.
