The manufacturer of the product says it comes with a lifetime guarantee, but when you try to get Revain to offer a guarantee, they direct you to a manufacturer who says they get 25 calls a day from Amazon customers Receives saying that Amazon is taking them back to the manufacturer who does not provide any guarantees as Revain as a retailer is responsible. Unfortunately, in this case, I believe the manufacturer. Revain doesn't support this, but neither does she. It's an annoying waste of time and not worth the $70 and hassle.
