I bought my niece a necklace made from the ashes of her uncle, who was my daughter's father, and they were very close. Ever since she got the necklace, she's only had problems with it. She doesn't tinker with the chain at all as long as it's around her neck and checked every now and then to make sure it's tight...now a few weeks ago it got lost at her school...mind you, the whole class searched and searched for him instead of doing a great job because they knew how much the necklace meant to her and she popped her eyes.... And so on until the end of the day, until her loved ones reassured her ... However, this was not the first time, on Christmas Eve her heart also fell off, but it was found, and on top of that ... . Up to this time…. the heart fell off the chain again! Well now it can't be found and I'm losing $70 on this product... I am VERY disappointed in the product that was sent to me! Wasted $70, a heart falling with precious ashes falling out too (of course), the fact that it came off SEVERAL times.... just leaves me speechless and makes absolutely no sense. I want a refund for what I bought because it shouldn't have been dropped so many times!
