I ordered this set to replace similar ones I bought from a Korean store a few years ago. After repeated use, they had to be replaced. I have stainless steel coasters but these ones with a selection of ceramic kitten coasters were too cute to pass up. I especially love the little black and red kittens and the white wand set. While this set is inexpensive, it doesn't feel or look cheap and I would definitely gift this to anyone who enjoys using their own chopsticks. I would like to give this set as a gift. We use them quite a bit and with the company it was worth buying a few extra ones. Also, I have something cuter than cute sturdy cat coasters to put them on. I highly recommend hand washing everything. Do not wash wooden chopsticks in the dishwasher, even if they have a special coating. Over time, the coating will wrinkle and peel, reducing the quality and lifespan of your chopsticks in general. As with good knives, you should always hand wash your sticks, whether they are made of wood or stainless steel. I would also hand wash the kittens.
