Perfect for pasta making.

Perfect pasta and Noodle cutter, Adjustable width stretches out for many different widths. Seems very sturdily made of stainless steel. A very good purchase.

Pros

It makes cutter fresh pasta strips so easy

Cons

The cutter blades don't have even effect. Not sturdy. I don't need replacement. Please refund.

Extremely dangerous to use in a commercial setting. The screws fall out of the wheels, and could possible end up in your product. I have purchased 3 and have found this true with all 3.
