Everything seems to be working as advertised. The Chinese battery is fully charged.
I like a lot about this product BUT: (1) If you are groping in the dark and have not contacted the radio for a long time, you will find it very difficult to find the band. (FM, AM, Weather) you want. (2) The "SOS" function is (in my opinion) too easy to accidentally activate. It's very loud and obnoxious, but I suppose it's what you need when you're caught in the debris of a tornado. (3) I hate that the photocell is always on. Useless.
