I've read a lot of reviews about the gray screen of death on these monitors and all I can say is that I'm really happy that I'm not among a third of the buyers of this product - those who have this problem or at least reported. I run the thing every day when I'm at home for 2-15 hours and have never had a problem. The only problem I've ever had was that it takes too long to activate/receive the DVI signal when I turn on my computer for me to see the startup screen. I see the VERY end of this then it goes into loading windows. This can be a problem for those who use multiple computers and often want to go into the BIOS to setup/adjust/repair. Other than that, this is a great monitor. It displays games very well, allows me to have two windows open at the same time when I'm doing homework, and doesn't have an annoyingly bright LED when it's on - a cool blue. It might be helpful to share that I only use a DVI connection. here for my PC (and dual VGA for troubleshooting on a few older PCs) - looks like all these folks have
