I lost my original charger and needed a backup. I'm not a big user of my 2DS so a charged battery lasts quite a while; So I didn't really use it that much in the weeks after I bought it. However, I'm glad I don't use it much because this cable isn't working properly anymore. It worked the first 2 or 3 times I used it considering it took a lot longer to fully charge than with a regular charger. I could live with that, but now I'm getting almost no charge even after leaving it plugged in all day. Buy an official Nintendo charger. It's not worth the headache.
