I bought this with the intention of only having this bag for traveling, whether that be to carry my Mac Air in my backpack or when I needed to take my computer with me on a trip on a flight. What first irritated me before I bought it was A) that there was a handle B) the computer came in at an angle from above I thought I would be annoyed but quite the opposite, it just slips in easily through the lining. When I first got it I was shocked at how soft the lining was - I literally made my girlfriend touch it and join me in marveling at how soft the pillow was. I find the handle makes it a lot more portable, and I find myself putting my computer in a bag just to carry it from room to room and keep it protected when I'm not using it, especially at night. With other computer cases that didn't have it, there was always a risk that it would fall off because you could only hold it in your hand - nothing more. Very grateful for this and as I said I wasn't expecting to use this for anything other than travel.
