I don’t understand what needs to be done to bring the sealed comb to such a state. The lid seemed to be playing football, the places where the comb and the box came into contact were also rubbed like sandpaper. The box itself is in a sorry state. How is it possible with such an expensive (in its category of course) product? There are no complaints against , they responded promptly and promised to compensate, thanks to them for that. I recommend to others to think before ordering from this store.
