The app is easy to use, saves your signature in one click (so it's much faster than paper), auto-generates documents automatically. It doesn't have an option for a digital copy! I'm not sure if this was intentional or there are technical problems with my computer but sometimes when you're trying to save something nothing happens - either that or everything disappears after saving and clicking "Finish". We used EmSIG before we started using eSignatures more frequently so most things were no problem switching over from what they had been doing previously. Now all signatures can be saved digitally which helps cut down overall office workload significantly since everyone has their own devices now compared to having them come into the building every day and sign papers at reception desks. There aren't any downsides really as far as functionality goes. But maybe make some changes regarding how signatures appear/are stored online like adding different fonts etc.? Especially considering that.
