The initial copy turned out to be flawed; on the top panel, some debris evidently got on the surface while it was being covered with leather, and as a result, there were three tubercles in the most noticeable place. The shop (video shopper) attended a meeting and was able to resolve my issue, even though they had the legal right to decline. I damaged the box in addition to missing the return deadline.
