Fur, everything is fine. Most models have a swivel in the middle where it is better balanced. It wouldn't be a big deal other than the hinge is SUPER loose which isn't great and the iPad doesn't stay in the right position to hold it. And it wobbles a bit when you stand up. The stand itself is way better than the last model I had. It actually stays open when you drag and click in place. The rubber on the case is very soft and spongy and seems to absorb a lot of shock when I drop my iPad. I also like the fact that the handle is adjustable and feels soft and comfortable in the hand, which wasn't the case with the last model I had. Basically move the swivel to the center and add some resistance to its movement and you have a 4-5* envelope.
