UPDATE finally found a way to contact them about the warranty and got a shipping address at my expense. 3 days after shipping, USPS reports the package was delivered, and a month later I return the package to the sender. So I wasted money on shipping and headphones that only lasted 5 months. Don't buy them. I've had them for about 5 months now, they were great at first, the battery life is outstanding. For the past few weeks it has started to lose connection regularly, all of a sudden I hear a ringing and the connection drops, I press the middle button and it reconnects. I've tried everything over and over again and now this happens every time I use them. One of the speakers also died, and the rubber is falling off the controls. I do not recommend. They're also among the companies that offer a guarantee, but you'll have to pay to ship the headphones back to them.
