The team were very approachable throughout our engagement process - I'm sure it was at times like an acquisition or deal where they could be more hands-on in terms of their experience to ensure we had everything covered however there is also good communication between us which makes this less likely than if you are working together face-to-face! There wasn't any specific dislike but some would say my preference for email over phone calls/in person meetings (and vice versa). They have been involved as we go along during any changes / implementation phases so far has worked well and we've already made progress towards getting them up and running quickly after being onboarded themselves. I have been working in this area for almost 10 years now so far it has always met my expectations - nothing really! The only thing is sometimes you can get very busy because there are many projects going at once but overall everything runs smoothly (except during Christmas). They keep up-to date by implementing new technologies as quickly/easily possible which helps us out enormously when we need something done fast or if someone forgets about an old project they were using before retirement etcetera.
