It is very intuitive and easy to use.The interface is great too.
I love how user friendly it is! Some of the features such as availability queries are not readily available.I wish they offer an API so my own system could work with theirs- But that does not mean i wont continue using this amazing software in the future. This seems like a small feature but its very important to us as we try to streamline everything we possibly can.This has made our lives much easier! The ease of use is really great! I can easily add new employees or update existing ones in just few clicks without any hassle at all thanks to this platform! Sometimes it could be better if you have some more configuration options but that's not an issue because everything works as expected so far!! Definitely recommend anyone who wants something simple yet powerful like scheduling tool with no headaches. It has been very helpful when managing my team schedules especially during holiday season!!

- Simple, straightforward design
- No need for training courses which saves time & money (and resources).It was quite surprising initially until someone told me about their other apps/platforms where there were plenty tutorials etc..Also loved being able customize different views according your needs.Easy access from anywhere even remotely via mobile devices makes things smooth sailing :)No major downsides till now except maybe lack o APIs :(Would appreciate them offering those though
