I bought this to reduce hot flashes/hot flashes (whatever you want to call them). My breakouts weren't severe, but they got stronger and lasted longer. After using the product very sparingly (sparingly I mean) on my inner thighs and wrists every morning and evening, my hot flashes have subsided and weren't as hot. After a few days (no kidding) all I had was "warm" flashes in bed at night. Now I've gone days without warm spells. PS I also reduced my fat and salt intake when I first started using this product. So chances are it will help too.
