Just started using it but it really seems to help! I got it to help with hot flashes! I use it at night before bed and it helps me sleep because it seems to keep hot flashes to a minimum. The number of hot flashes per day seems to be less and not as intense. When I get it I put a little lotion on the inside of my forearm and it almost goes away. So I keep my fingers crossed!

I wish I had discovered this product 20 years ago. I cut out all dairy and fried foods and it helped relieve the cramps some months and not so much other months but I still needed ibuprofen. this is amazing! 68 years old, tossed and turned all night due to overheating. In desperation I order this as I am sleep deprived. On the first night I could see the difference. Now, a week later, I'm sleeping through the night with no breakouts and can even freeze without a blanket.
