I have heavy menstrual cramps with vomiting. I took painkillers for the first two days of my period. This cream reduced my pain to a day with less intense spasms. Whenever I feel a cramp, I rub two pea-sized drops into my lower abdomen and ovarian area. The pain usually subsides within 30 minutes. And if you continue to rub in small portions every 30 minutes, the pain will gradually subside. The associated nausea and discomfort also disappear. A box of this size will typically last 6 months with heavy use, depending on the severity. My cramp pain is rated out of 10 on a 10 point scale. At 5 points and below, the pain can last up to a year. So I think it's better to invest in this product because of the cramps or discomfort you have during your period.
