Like most plastic items, it is very light. Easy to tip over. I'm still learning all the tricks the phone does. I searched for a while as it was a great price for the features I wanted. And they're pretty scattered. I wanted to specify a caller ID. I wanted to turn off the call. I wanted a one button lock. I wanted to connect it to my cell phone. I wanted the base to be small. I like reading more information. I have everything and more. My issue is that it's light just means you want to place it where you won't bump into it so it stays in the base. It can't even be called a complaint! Even batteries were included. Very satisfied.
