HIMPACT - Great Customer Service Software

The ease of access is great for new product research. Their customer support is also very helpful especially in understanding the information we need. We have not found anything yet that does not work well with them. I am currently using himpact to source price comparison reports to our customers on large and small ticket items. Using himpact's data sources it has drastically reduced my sales cycle allowing me to respond quickly to current enquiries to reduce time waiting on quotes from vendors etc. The ease of use of the software and the ability to customize the system to meet our specific needs. The system has helped us to manage our entire customer service and sales process, which has helped us to improve our service quality and sales performance. I would recommend this system to anyone in need of a powerful and easy to use customer service system. The system has helped us to improve our service quality and sales performance.
