I'm a waiter and I'm on my feet all the time and since my shop is understaffed I've been working double shifts lately. When I get home I'm absolutely on my feet and when I sit or lie down I have a very hard time getting up easily. I bought it to pamper myself and my feet and I love it so far after only using it once. It's big and definitely has a lot of room to move, even with my big feet. Management is very simple, there are many settings. As soon as I started using it, it immediately started helping my legs feel better. I wanted to heat it to around 105 degrees but thought it would take too long. I didn't time it, but it seemed to go up a degree every minute or so. I think if you use a spa setting the bubbles will help make it go a little faster. The rollers were very good and helped circulate the blood in my legs so I think it really helped. To be honest I could go on but in short they do exactly what they are supposed to! And I'm really glad I spent a bit of money and bought this one because I feel like it's worth the money for the quality. This will be my new after work routine lol.
