The best thing about vetStoriAiS was that it made my life easier! It helped me to save time, organize appointments more efficiently because I could see all of them at once in one place. In addition, everything worked well with each other - from scheduling services right up until payment reminders were sent out via email (or text). Sometimes things didn't work as intended or sometimes they did but not how we expected so there's always room to improve upon what you are doing now if needed too. Also when adding new clients/patients into your system make sure every field has been filled completely otherwise information may be missed causing errors later down the line which can lead to billing issues etc.. So far this service works perfectly great within our practice and saves us loads off admin tasks previously carried out manually such updating patient records /appointments dates ect...
