Review on ๐Ÿช‘ SIDIZ T50 Ergonomic Desk Chair for Home Office: Adjustable Headrest, Lumbar Support, Armrests, Forward Tilt, Breathable Mesh Back, Adjustable Seat Depth by Lisa Thomas

Revainrating 5 out of 5

All in all a great chair but please read the full review

I've had this chair for about 2-3 months now and in those months I've never had a problem except for one. My pillow seemed flat or not up to the standard I had seen in the reviews online. I ended up contacting customer service and they informed me that the pillow appeared to be faulty/damaged and they quickly sent a replacement pillow which was significantly snugger and therefore significantly more comfortable. Because of the speed with which I received my replacement pillow and how responsive the customer service seems to be, I have decided not to deduct a star from my rating. Sidiz support actually asked me to record my observations so more people can know about this and if they see the same thing they can fix this issue. For anyone who suspects this has happened to them too, or is considering buying this chair, here's how. Edit: This section has been edited for clarity as the appearance/color of the pillow doesn't matter as long as my pillow was faulty. The yellow/blue below are only used as identifiers. The first test is to try to "sink down" the bottom of the pillow. A yellow cushion is attached in the photos (the original cushion that came with the chair). I was able to lower it down quite easily by pressing on it with my hand. The second test requires you to remove the seat, which is just a couple of Velcro straps on the underside of the cushion shell on the front and back of the chair. Once removed, remove the pillow underneath the fabric cover. Compare the density of the pillow with the attached photos. The blue and white pad has been replaced and is significantly denser than the yellow and slightly higher in profile. If the pillow doesn't look as firm as the blue pillow, contact support and they should be able to help. To reiterate, you should test density, not color. Mine was defective and turned out to be yellow. A yellow pad does not mean it is defective. Overall, I'm still very happy with my experience with the chair (mostly gaming or video editing) and the customer support, and would still highly recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a great ergonomic chair.
