I wasn't as shocked as some reviewers as I already knew what to expect. I have previously purchased IsoAcoustics Aperta 200 stands for my desktop LS50s and was blown away, so I expected similar results from GAIA III feet. I've had even more impressive results with the GAIA III, but that may be partly because they're logged in at a higher level than my desktop setup. I have never received such a significant improvement in sound with such a "cheap" investment. . I put "cheap" in quotes because upgrading my speaker cords to an $1,800 pair made a significant improvement in clarity and soundstage, but it doesn't compare to the improvements brought by the GAIA III. Sorry for the buzzwords but after adding GAIA I got a crazy holographic soundscape. The soundstage improvement is incredible and undeniable. A second veil lifted from my speakers. I experienced this haze when upgrading my speaker cables, but the improvement with the GAIA was even more drastic and cost less than 1/4 the cost. There was a new level of sonic clarity, and when I listened to Beck's "Sea Change" album, I heard parts of the song (the separation of the instruments) that I hadn't noticed before. It was the same "WOW" feeling I got when I switched my headphones from the Beyerdynamic DT770 to the Sennheiser HD800. They fixed the bloated bass issue, which I thought was just poor room acoustics. In general, the low frequencies became very narrow and focused, and there was a boom that I usually felt when sitting at the end of a room that's no longer there. Another benefit I wasn't expecting was how much more of a "sweet spot" they made. To get the best sound, I had to sit squarely between the speakers about 6 feet from the back wall. If you move forward, backward, or sideways by even 1 foot, the soundstage was truly destroyed. Now I can sit about 5ft off center in any direction except forward and it sounds almost as good as dead. This made it more comfortable to listen to as I have more freedom of where to sit without really affecting the sound. They also greatly improved the quality of watching movies. You used to know for sure that you watch movies on a 2-channel system. Dialogue sometimes got lost in the mix, so I always watched movies with subtitles. Now it almost sounds like I have a center channel tuned in when watching movies. Now the dialogue is so clear I can finally lose the subtitles. TLDR: Just try it! As long as the seller is "Revain Fulfilled", you are protected by Revain's generous 30-day return policy. That way you can try them risk-free, and if you're not as thrilled as all the other reviewers, you can always send them back with free return shipping for a full refund. There really is no excuse not to try them with this 30-day return policy. With so much snake oil in the audio world it's easy to be skeptical of products that promise great results, but I can say with 100% certainty that this product is completely snake oil free. I got great upgrades in speaker wire, but for a lot of money. I've also spent hundreds on connections with negligible results. But GAIA and Aperta 200. Just wow!
